Special Report On Science Chicago
Learn more about the World's Largest Science Celebration
Science is essential for our collective health and well-being, economic viability and our future. As Chicagoans, we each have a stake in ensuring that our region continues to respect, support and value science. Spearheaded by the Museum of Science and Industry and in partnership with Chicago's leading civic, academic, scientific, corporate and nonprofit institutions, Science Chicago began as a year-long collaborative initiative to celebrate and promote the importance of science to us all.
From September 2008 - August 2009, citizens enjoyed unparalleled access to more than 1,200 dynamic in-person science experiences and countless ways to explore and share science on the web. Enter this site to learn more and enjoy highlights of the Science Chicago year.
