LabFest! Millennium Park - Pedal Power

You’ll learn how a bicycle and a simple generator can be engineered to capture human energy to power light bulbs, blenders, water pumps - almost anything! The team at the Working Bikes Cooperative will show you the physics and mechanics behind bike-powered machines and you’ll experience first-hand how your own body is a terrific source of environmentally-friendly renewable energy!
