The Vernon Area Public Library District (VAPLD) is your home away from home! Enjoy peaceful reading areas, study rooms, a community meeting room, preschool room and more than 30 computer stations. While at the library, you can check out books, movies and music (choose from thousands of titles, including new releases), meet friends or study groups, attend one of our creative library programs, participate in one of our many community events or find information you need using our staff expertise. We also offer daily newspapers and over 700 magazine titles for your reading enjoyment. VAPLD supports your lifelong learning needs. We are committed to providing cultural, educational and hot-topic programs and materials for patrons of all ages. The library also has free to WiFi internet access, photocopies and faxes, Homework Help, Reader’s Advisory, Voter Registration, a notary service and delivery/pick-up of library materials to homebound and nursing home patrons.
